Why we started.
We've worked in planning on both sides of the Pacific — Canada and Australia — and in both places we saw the same thing: clients kept in the dark about where their project really stood. Tactica was built to be the opposite. You'll always know what we know.
Tactica Planning is a Queensland town planning consultancy specialising in sustainable development advice. Years of experience across land development projects means we know what gets approvals over the line — and what stalls them. We build a planning approach around your site, your timeframe and your commercial goals, and we keep you across every decision along the way.
Our clients come to us for land development work that holds up — planning advice that survives Council scrutiny, appeals, and the years after approval. We take projects from first feasibility through to conditions, and we tell you early when something won't fly.
