Robert founded Tactica in 2015. He has 30 years' experience across urban planning, land development, government relations and policy development, and has secured residential, commercial and industrial approvals for landowners, developers, and State and Local government. Much of his work has involved high-profile, contentious projects carried out under public and media scrutiny.

Tim has more than 20 years' experience in private and public practice, across Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia. His work spans subdivisions, residential, commercial, industrial and community developments, and signage. He's an accredited RiskSMART consultant with both Logan City Council and the City of Gold Coast, which can shorten assessment timeframes for eligible applications.
Clients come to Tim with the problems that look stuck. He's usually found a way through before the first meeting is over.

Justin Collofello
Associate Director
Justin spent 30 years in South East Queensland local government before joining Tactica, at both the City of Gold Coast and Brisbane City Council — preparing planning scheme amendments and assessing development applications across every development type. At the City of Gold Coast he advised on the council's most complex applications, led the Investigation Area Program planning for new greenfield growth, and prepared the major amendment to the Southport PDA Development Scheme that introduced a Special Entertainment Precinct and made way for micro-breweries.
If you want to know how an application will be read by the officer assessing it, Justin has been that officer.

Alex Conroy
Senior Town Planner
Alex has worked in both the public and private sectors in Queensland. His time at the City of Gold Coast gave him a close working knowledge of how applications are assessed and how the policies and legislation behind council decisions are actually applied. In private practice he's worked on commercial and residential projects from small sites through to larger developments requiring the coordination of multi-disciplinary consultant teams, including projects within Queensland Government Priority Development Areas.
Quinn Norrie
Town Planner
Quinn is a qualified town planner working across South East Queensland projects. Before joining Tactica he worked in project management, where he built a detailed understanding of government procurement, quality assurance and corporate environmental management systems. That background shows in his work: he's methodical about detail, and good at finding the option that's both defensible and feasible.
